Why "Late Night Cakes"?

Why did we call our blog "Late Night Cakes"? Well, my family certainly knows why! Mom and I take our sweet time with our sweet creations and normally when we bake, we go late into the night. That's okay though. We have so much fun when we bake! We've created this blog to show off our cakes and to share with our family and friends the fun we have baking. Bon Appetit!
